We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or transmit destructive code.

5. Beauty device disclaimer

In one sentence: Our devices are designed for cosmetic, at-home wellness use — not medical treatment. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified professional.

The devices we carry — including the Lux Cove 7-in-1 LED Facial Sculptor — are cosmetic and wellness devices intended for at-home, non-invasive use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not medical devices.

The information we provide about LED therapy, microcurrent, and related technologies is offered for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice.

You should not use our devices if you are: Pregnant or nursing (for EMS/microcurrent functions); fitted with a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other electronic medical implant; have facial metal implants; have epilepsy; have a known photosensitive condition; or have any active skin condition that has not been reviewed by a healthcare professional.

If you have any pre-existing medical condition, are taking medication that affects the skin (including isotretinoin), or are uncertain whether the device is appropriate for you — please consult your doctor or dermatologist before use.

6. Pricing & payments

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. Prices include all applicable VAT or sales tax for most regions, and duties and import fees for international shipments — calculated and pre-paid at checkout.

• Buy-now-pay-later via Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments

7. Shipping & delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of payment. Delivery times depend on destination and are listed in detail on our Shipping & Returns page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns & refunds

In one sentence: Try Lux Cove for ninety nights. If you don't love it, send it back for a full refund. We cover return shipping.

Every device order is covered by our 90-night money-back guarantee. Email info@lyssora.com within 90 nights of delivery for a pre-paid return label.

Not eligible for return:

• Opened skincare products and serums (for hygiene reasons)
• Devices showing damage from drops, liquid ingress beyond IPX rating, or misuse
• Items returned without their original packaging
• Items marked "final sale" at checkout
• Returns initiated after the 90-night window has closed

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, video, the Lyssora name and logo, the Lyssora editorial voice, page layouts, code, and the design system — is the property of Lyssora Inc. or its licensors. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content for commercial purposes
• Use the Lyssora name, logo, or distinctive design elements without written permission
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract material from the site
• Use our content to train a generative AI model without written permission

11. User conduct

When you interact with the Lyssora site, our concierge team, or any community surface we operate, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our team or other customers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, our systems, or our service providers
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the site or its security features

12. Third-party tools & services

We provide access to third-party services such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok, Google, Klarna, Afterpay, and the various carriers who deliver your orders. Each is governed by its own terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyssora's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or our products is limited to the amount you paid Lyssora in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Lyssora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lyssora Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and partners, from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. If you are a consumer based in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, this clause does not deprive you of those protections.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll update the "Last reviewed" date and notify by email or with a clear notice on the site at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
