How long until my order ships?

Orders placed by 2pm ET ship the same business day. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. Weekend orders dispatch first thing Monday.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

No. All duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and prepaid at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. There are no extra charges on delivery.

What if my package is lost or stuck in transit?

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email us and we'll launch an immediate investigation with the carrier. Confirmed-lost packages are re-shipped free, with priority handling — no questions asked.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll update the address. Once a tracking number is generated, the carrier handles re-routing.

What if I don't like it?

Send it back. You have 90 nights from delivery to start a return, no reason needed. We email you a pre-paid label, you drop it at any carrier point, and we refund the full purchase within 3 business days of arrival. We cover return shipping both ways.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. The money returns to your original payment method and typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What if my device arrived damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We'll dispatch a replacement device the same day at no cost, and arrange free pickup of the damaged unit. You don't pay or wait — that's our problem.
